That is awesome. It is nice to see someone using their celebrity to do something to help others like this.

I’d like to know how much she gave of her own money. They say that she designed the bracelet herself as if it was a big deal, You don’t need to be a designer to design that bracelet.

Getting people to give money to me does not make someone great. Putting in your own time and money is something else.

Have to agree with Germain on this one. What is that claw supposed to signify?

  4. ocean • March 16, 2011 @ 4:15 PM

The claw is a signiture hand move she does & how do you know she hasn’t given her own money? it doesn’t state that she didn’t. Shouldn’t judge if you con’t know the facts.

@ Germain & Silver :: So, how much money have you donated?

  6. Coop • March 16, 2011 @ 5:43 PM

Hey at least she’s doing something which more than I can say for most celebs.I’m so freaking tired of all the negative bile that spews from the mouths of so many on these pages and alike. You must be such fun people to know in real life.(nice one,J.B.)

  7. Silver • March 16, 2011 @ 5:58 PM

I take the time to donate to causes because I research them and decide if they are worthy on my own, not because Lady Gaga or some other celeb tells me I should. If people donate to this, or to anything else, just because someone they don’t know says they should, then our priorities are wrong.

  8. Coop • March 16, 2011 @ 6:31 PM

Whatever gets the job done.Silver, your obviously one of those fun people.

  9. Coop • March 16, 2011 @ 6:44 PM

Quick addition:the money is being raised for the red cross(not Lady Gaga).Anyone who doesn’t think that is a worth while organization needs to give their fat heads a shake.

    Coop on March 16, 2011 5:43 PM i like this 😀

good for lady gaga! im glad to see people using their celeb status for good, a lot of people will buy this bracelet simply to say they bought something lady gaga designed, most people would buy it even if SHE kept all the money for herself. i didnt donate, im not going to lie. i have no money and im struggling as it is to pay my rent, had to cut my hours at work because my school starts next week and i dont even think i can afford to live myself. now, once i get back on my feet i will donate to people more in need than myself. my prayers and deepest sympathies are with the people in japan and anyone that has been affected by this horrible event.

A great gesture by Lady Gaga, Japan really needs our help. They keep on getting hit by aftershocks and the nuclear reactor is heading towards a meltdown.

May all our prayers be with these disaster struck people. May god help them.

I purchased several of these LadyGaga Bracelets, you all should do the same.

    Regards,
    Tiffany
