Lawsuit against Matthew Fox dropped

The Ohio bus driver who claimed she was assaulted by Matthew Fox last August has withdrawn her case. Heather Bormann filed a civil lawsuit against Fox for allegedly hitting her several times in the breast, arms, legs and groin. Heather accused Fox of drunkenly attempting to enter a private party bus she was driving in Cleveland. Upon telling the Lost star he could not enter, he began to get physical with her and an altercation broke out. When the lawsuit was made public Matthew claimed Heather assaulted him and countersued. EW.com has reported that both cases were dropped Thursday. The announcement comes just days after Fox was accused on Twitter of beating women. Former Lost co-star Dominic Monaghan tweeted on May 27 that Fox often beat women. Speculations of Fox paying Heather off are now floating around. ~Krystin Edgerton
