LeAnn Rimes weds over weekend

By Alexandra Heilbron on April 25, 2011 | 24 Comments

Country star LeeAnn Rimes is over the moon after spending Easter weekend tying the knot with actor Eddie Cibrian, People.com reports. The couple managed to keep the nuptials secret from the press and even their guests, who believed they were invited for an engagement party. The intimate ceremony was held at a private estate in California, where the couple exchanged personalized vows before 40 guests, including Cibrian’s two sons from his first marriage. LeeAnn, or as she now refers to herself, Mrs. Eddie Cibrian, tweeted about the wedding nuptials just two days after the ceremony saying, “Eddie and I are overwhelmed by the amount of lovely well wishes,” and in the following, “We are blessed and…. I’m Mrs. Cibrian!!!!! So wonderful to wake up as husband and wife. Love to all of you.” She also went on to add “WIFE” and “Bonus Mom” on her profile as well. ~Natasha Tsakiris

    Hoping the best for them.

  2. BRAD • April 26, 2011 @ 2:26 PM

I guess cheaters don’t finish last

  3. BRAD • April 26, 2011 @ 2:27 PM

Yup C-dub lets wish the best for people who cheat.

  4. Connie • April 26, 2011 @ 4:13 PM

She’ll get what’s coming to her when he cheats on her and dumps her for a new honey. I just hope they don’t have small children by then.

I hope they both get what’s coming to them. At least she didn’t have small children. Speaking as a child of divorce myself, it’s likely his kids are going to be totally messed up.

BRAD and Connie: Must be nice to sit on your high horses. Of course, you’ve probably never done anything wrong in your lives, right?? Luckily for you, there’s no press advertising every little thing you do, blowing it all out of fricken proportion, and making you seem like the devil, in circumstances that the public know nothing about, except what tabloids tell us.
Take a reality check. Who knows whether either marriage was going well at the time of break up. Piss off, get a life that doesn’t involve the tabloids, and making judgments about people you don’t know.

Is this a touchy subject Ugh? Usually when people defend cheaters it means they’re cheaters themselves. To answer your question, I have never cheated on anyone. Not my spouse, nor a boyfriend. I don’t care if the marriages weren’t going well. Get a divorce before you start messing around. Not the other way around. And So get off YOUR high horse. And your statement was judging us, by the way. And you don’t know me at all.

I used to have a huge crush on her till I found out she was a home wrecker, now it’s whatever I’d do her if I had the chance but wouldn’t keep her. He’s an ass and I bet it be long when he will be cheating on her and she will be all what did I do? I just feel sorry for the two kids, they have to grow up in all that but atleast they can afford the therapy bills.

  9. Linda • April 27, 2011 @ 6:53 PM

Connie, that’s what I was thinking, sounds like Ugh must be a cheater as well. And if we don’t make judgments on people we don’t know, there would be no comments at all on this site, as I doubt very much any of us know any of the people in these articles.

people who defend cheaters must be….cheaters???? how shallow…

  11. Linda • April 27, 2011 @ 8:33 PM

Re-read his comment, he goes overboard with his ‘defense’.

  12. Andrea • April 27, 2011 @ 10:07 PM

    But so true.

  13. BRAD • April 28, 2011 @ 12:19 PM

lol nice work “Ugh” can’t even use your real name? I am sure Taylor’s ex would agree with your sentiments big time. I am perfect as in I have been with my wife 10 years and never once strayed. You probably cheated at least ten times by now and use the excuse ” oh I wasn’t feeling it”. Riiiiiiiiight.

  14. steve • April 28, 2011 @ 3:50 PM

Ugh? my name is ugh and I am probably a fat troll. Really UGH? Their marriages were working, it’s people like you with no self control is why the divorce rate is pushing 60 percent. IF you can’t control yourself then don’t get married. I feel bad for kids today.

  15. Jo-Anne • April 29, 2011 @ 1:48 PM

actually I think Ugh expressed him/herself quite well. not the first, nor last time we hear of tabloids sensationalizing on “facts”…

so, should Ugh represent himself as Steve, Mary, Joe, Bev…whatever, that would absolutely narrow the field down with a sure identity….come on

  16. steve • April 29, 2011 @ 2:15 PM

Yes Joanne the tabolids made up the affair. Yup that’s exactly what happend.

  17. Jo-Anne • April 29, 2011 @ 3:54 PM

sensationalize…to cause (events, esp in newspaper reports) to seem more vivid, shocking, etc, than they really are…

    not made up

  18. Linda • May 3, 2011 @ 6:36 PM

Cheating is still cheating, whether the tabloids sensationalized the ‘facts’ or not.

  19. Jo-Anne • May 4, 2011 @ 8:15 AM

my (what I thought obvious) point was what the word sensationalize actually meant…

you obviously are obsessed on pointing the cheating finger…

  20. steve • May 4, 2011 @ 3:02 PM

    10 bucks says Jo-Anne is a cheater.

  21. Linda • May 4, 2011 @ 9:42 PM

    lol@steve!

Not obsessed Jo-Anne, just commenting on here same as everybody else, including you.

  22. Jo-Anne • May 5, 2011 @ 2:32 PM

so where shall I meet you to collect the tenner?

  23. steve • May 15, 2011 @ 2:57 PM

I’ll take both Joanne and Linda at the same time, if you know what I am sayin. lol

  24. Ivan • June 21, 2011 @ 2:58 PM

I hope she realizes what goes around, comes around. Don’t have any kids with him unless you want them visiting him on alternate weekends when he’s with his new honey.
