During Lindsay Lohan’s court appearance last Friday, the Mean Girls actress was found to be in violation of her probation for a 2007 DUI charge, when she was charged with stealing a $2500 necklace. Lohan was sentenced to 120 days in jail, in addition to fulfilling 480 hours of community service at a women’s shelter and county morgue. However, the actress only served 12 hours behind bars at Lynwood Correctional Facility after being released on $75,000 bail the same day she was admitted. Producer Nathan Folks, a friend of Lindsay’s, told People.com that she is ‘upset’ over the judge’s sentence and ‘angry because she has been working so hard on turning her life around.’ Along with insisting that Lohan is clean and sober, Folks believes that ‘she didn’t steal that necklace.’

Police were called to Lindsay Lohan’s London flat following an intense argument between her and fiancé Egor Tarabasov, where she accused him of “almost killing” her.
morgue ?!?! why would she have to work in a morgue for her community service ?!? :S i think this poor girl needs some REAL parental guidance and some help to get her life back on track. i wish her the best of luck.
Morgue was likle to scare her. She could see young people who overdosed and see her face in them. The girl maybe trying to turn her life around but how do you get accused of stealing a necklace unless it’s actually missing? Maybe everyone is just out to try and get her … (sarcasm)
How do get sentenced to 120 days in jail and only serve 12 hours? America’s justive system is so screwed up it’s unbelievable.
I don’t give a flying crap if some producer/ director doesn’t think she did it. She was found guilty in the court system so throw her in prison! She clearly has some issues and she obviously has not been given the time to focus on correcting those issues.
Ohh if only the old cutting off their hands for steal think was still in place…That’d fix her right quick.
Germain, I think she still has to serve the 120 days. She got out on bail after 12 hours because she wants to appeal the sentence, but nobody thinks she’s going to be granted one. Like the other judge said, she’s going to do time for this one.
