Lindsay Lohan lawsuit against E*Trade settled

By Alexandra Heilbron on September 21, 2010 | 7 Comments

Lindsay Lohan has settled her lawsuit against E*Trade. She launched the suit because she believed one of their commercials that featured a “milkaholic” baby named Lindsay referred to her and could harm her professional reputation. Lohan’s lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, confirmed yesterday that the two parties had reached a settlement agreement and said her client was “very happy” with the outcome. Ovadia told TMZ: “The case between Lindsay and E*Trade has been settled… there is no further comment.” A representative for E*Trade noted that the company was looking forward to moving on from the suit. “E*TRADE has always maintained that the claims were without merit, which is why we moved to dismiss the case,” an E*Trade spokesperson said. “With the case now withdrawn, we are pleased to have the matter behind us.”

I’m disappointed they gave in. Well, I guess she needs to make money somehow, since practically nobody wants to hire her.

Wait, an imaginary baby addicted to milk named Lindsey, is going to ruin her reputation!? I didn’t think that was possible.

For frig sakes Lindsay, your reputation is already damaged! You’re not known as innocent Lindsay, and haven’t been for a long time now. We all know you’re an alcoholic and a drug addict. Stop acting like everything is about you, I guarantee that you were only suing because you needed the money
