Lindsay Lohan had her probation revoked yesterday by Judge Stephanie Sautner. Although she’d been given a year to perform 360 hours of community service at the Downtown Women’s Center, Lohan only logged 21 hours in six months and after not showing up nine times and staying for only one of the required four hours when she did show up, was kicked out. Although Lindsay hurriedly logged hours at the Red Cross this past week in anticipation of her hearing, Sautner was unimpressed, telling her the Probation Dept. didn’t have the authority to send her to the Red Cross to do community service, concluding Lindsay would not get credit for time spent there. The judge scoffed when she read that Lindsay told her Probation officer she didn’t find the Women’s Center “fulfilling.” Judge Sautner revoked her probation, saying “probation is a gift,” and set bail at $100,000. She also ordered Lindsay to perform eight hours per day twice a week at the county morgue until her probation revocation hearing on November 2. Lindsay was then handcuffed and led out of the courtroom. Although Lindsay could get a sentence of up to a year and a half in jail, Judge Sautner noted with frustration that new California laws and overcrowding in county jails means Lindsay wouldn’t wind up spending much time there, even if she was sentenced.

Police were called to Lindsay Lohan’s London flat following an intense argument between her and fiancé Egor Tarabasov, where she accused him of “almost killing” her.
What’s that smudge on her face? Or is it a bruise?
Gee, looks like Lindsay might just get a “Stiff” sentence after all.
Overcrowding? Are you Frickin kiddin me? We all know that jails are privately owned and are filled to maximum for profit reasons. What a load of BS!!
What an excuse? Have they ever heard of tools and materials they can easily buy to build more less crowded facilities?? Jail Doesn’t seem to be the answer anyway as some people are starting to realize.
Here’s an idea…those who are in prison for drug possession without violence should be let out on strict probation. That way when we have retards like this dumbass above who thinks she is above the law, the judges of our judicial system can exercise their ‘super powers’ and send people to jail where they belong. This time perhaps Lindsay should be treated like the criminal she is and not be given special treatment…just a thought.
What a sad, sad woman.
I love the addition of the morgue!!..
This little (censored) should be punished just like the rest of us would be.. Celebs are no different.. Especially this Stuck-up Biatch!!!
I like Lindsay anyway. But just watch, she’ll be sentenced to house arrest with an ankle bracelet.
Geez, she looks like she got off of a slab from the morgue
I am so so tired of hearing of what this spoilt rich brat does. I just hope her Mother reads this and takes some of the blame as she did the damage a long time ago.
uh Shirley…don’t think her ma would have to read this for an update….just saying…
LL’s definitely a fave Tribute story…stay tuned…
That would be blush. What a waste of a human being.
wow, is she pale, are they in California or Transelvania,,I’m sick of Lyndsay L, she is an ungreatful so and so, you all know what I mean,,
Looks like she actually put eye shadow on her face.
lindsay, why don’t you take all of this negative feedback to heart, and turn your life around. Its never to late.I really enjoyed your movies. Now its time to show everyone that you are not a waste of a human being, which i found very harsh for another human being to say.
Overcrowded!! she wouldn’t take that much space. I’m sure she’d have something to trade for smokes.
It’s really a shame about LL’s gradual decline; she once had a lot of promise. Bad parenting and her refusal to take responsibility for her actions have led to this.
I think the judge’s ordering her to put in some hours working at the county morgue is brilliant; maybe it will shock her into changing her life.
I agree with you J. It is sad because she had promise, she is ill with an infliction and seems to be fighting help at every turn. You don’t act this self-destructive if you love yourself, (where are the celebs that helped Brittany Spears). Hope she finally gets it – other comments are correct about her spoiled behavior, but when your brain is on drugs and messed up – you don’t make great decisions. She is certainly going downhill at a fast rate – hope she gets help before it is too late!
If they are thinking of releasing her for jail overcrowding. Why don’t they just release anonymous criminal.
Why can’t the Judge make a ruling that Lindsay be forced to spend her ENTIRE sentence, regardless of what it is, IN JAIL? Doesn’t the Judge have that power?
OMFG I am so sick of hearing about this bitch! Just sentence her to jail already, and keep her there. Im tired of this ugly brat getting it off so easy, she’s not even famous anymore
