Lindsay Lohan thumbs her nose at probation – may go back to jail

By Alexandra Heilbron on October 14, 2011 | 8 Comments

Lindsay Lohan is not following the orders of her probabation as set out by Judge Stephanie Sautner, according to TMZ. She was ordered to see a psychologist at least once a week but she hasn’t been going, claiming that she’s been working out of the country. However, the judge told her work is not an excuse for failing to comply with the terms of probation. Not only that, but Lindsay was ordered to perform 360 hours of community service at the Downtown Women’s Center but after repeatedly failing to show up and only staying for one of the required four hours each time, they’ve kicked her out. So far she’s only logged 21 hours of community service, and only has until May 11, 2012 to complete the other 339 hours. Judge Sautner said that if Lindsay violates any part of her probation, she’s going to jail, end of story, so it’s believed that that’s exactly what will happen when she appears in front of the judge next week for her progress report.

How many chances will she get?

She’ll go to jail for a bit and get out…

Same old story… justice system is a joke

Funny this judge seemed serious about the probation order. Like they were actually going to try and enforce it.
And no way can an actor say they didn’t have time to see psychologist. Aren’t those hollywood types always going to psychologists? Also with all the extras actors want in their contracts to be in a movie like free time and extra $ and a gym and so on..I’m sure she could have said every Wednesday between noon and 1pm I need to see a court ordered psychologist incase you were living under a rock Mr/Mrs. Director and didn’t know you hired someone under court probation.. lol.
Yep she will get a good lawyer and get out of jail free card anyway.

If she was still a red head, she’d be taken more seriously 🙂

If that was ANYONE else they would be in prison for a few years the first time. Not the 3rd or 4th time or whatever. It kinda makes me sick.

My question is why has it taken this long for a new trial date to be set. She has clearly already violated her parole terms multiple times. You know she is horrible when a not-for-profit group kicks you out as a volunteer.
