Mark RuffaloMark Ruffalo‘s younger brother Scott, 39, is clinging to life after being shot in the head in Beverly Hills early Monday morning. He was rushed to the hospital following a 911 call. An investigation is being conducted into the shooting, which was first reported by ETonline. Beverly Hills police would only say that “suspicious activity” had taken place at the location — an apartment in a condominium tower called the Dorchester. Scott Ruffalo, a hairstylist, is married to fellow hairdresser, Luzelena Ruffalo, and is stepdad to her daughter, Lucinda. Mark Ruffalo, 40, has starred in films such as Just Like Heaven and 13 Going on 30.

Wow… I hope he’s doing better, a near week has passed already. Anyone know of how he is now?

He’s still in critical condition, but the police have named to 2 persons of interest. A man and a woman. Hopefully the police get to the bottom of this, and fast. This is just too tragic.

So why is it when Jennifer Hudson’s family is shot it’s widespread news all over the place, but when Mark’s brother is shot no one hears of it?
I read it in a tiny article far down the page for the first time yesterday.
Where’s all the coverage? Its just as much a tragedy for his family

Yes, because “it’s time”, or “it would be powerful”.
But seriously, this is tragic. I don’t know what this world is coming to, crime seems to be the norm now.

Maybe it’s time for Americans restrict guns? What does it take?

Canada brought in some new “tough” gun control laws a few years ago, and it didn’t help a bit, all it did was empty the pockets of the law abiding gun owners, the criminals won’t register their guns. And if they restrict them, what do ya think, the criminals are gonna turn their guns in? No way, it doesn’t work that way.

Very tragic to read this article and any other of people affected by violent crimes. I have always liked M. Ruffalo as an actor and he seems very private, close to family. I hear his brother is still listed as critical and I hope and pray he survives this.
