Calling all Ferris Bueller fans! Matthew Broderick, 49, has returned to his iconic role as Ferris Bueller for a two-and-a-half minute Honda CRV commercial that will air during the Super Bowl. In the ad, Matthew recreates several scenes from the classic film Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, except that instead of playing hooky from school, Matthew, this time playing himself, calls in sick to work at the studio. Broderick does not look 25 years older in this commercial that, like the movie, has a little something extra at the end. Enjoy!

Oscar-winner Ben Affleck served locals their coffee and donuts at the drive-through window at a Dunkin’ Donuts in Medford, Massachusetts on Tuesday morning.
YESSSSSSSSSSSSS!!! Ferris Bueller was probably one of the greatest movies ever made 😀
This might be one of the greatest super bowl commercials we’ve seen in a long time!
Brilliant!
meh
I really don’t see what the big deal is. I’ve seen far better super bowl commercials than this one. And his little spoof at the end is nothing original
If you appriciate pop cultuer, you will understand the significance of this ad blah not hatin on your comment everyone is entitled to his or her opinion, but I loved Ferris Bueller’s day off growing up. A very iconic film to compliment a good ad.
Awesome!! Can’t wait to see the rest of the commercials too
