Several male-oriented sites have decided they’ve had enough of Megan Fox, at least enough to need a one-day break. They’re calling August 4th “Megan Fox media blackout day.” AskMen.com’s Editor-in-Chief James Bassil told the New York Daily News, “You can have too much of a good thing. We’re joining in the media blackout and giving our readers a one-day reprieve from the woman we’ve been drowning in all summer.” Other sites joining the blackout include Asylum.com, Just a Guy Thing, TheBachelorGuy.com and Double Viking. Eric Rogell of TheBachelorGuy.com claims it’s nothing personal, saying, “Listen, we love Megan. She’s responsible for driving more eyeballs to our sites — just by getting photographed walking down the street in a white T-shirt — than any other celeb alive,” he told the paper, but added, “It’s time to give another young actress a shot at the attention. We’re taking a one-day break from covering Megan’s latest nail polish color and instead promoting another ‘Next Big Thing.'” He wants to shine the spotlight on Odette Yustman of The Unborn, saying, “I call her ‘The Poor Man’s Megan Fox.'”

Good, I’m tired of hearing about her. She’s nopt even as hot as everyone makes her out to be. I say screw one day make it a year, or two years. Let someone else be talked about until we get borad with them too.
So their idea of “blocking” Megan Fox from the spotlight is to dedicate a day in her honor? Smart… Might as well call August 4th, “Everyone Google Megan Fox and find out why this day is all about her!”.
S#!+ dumb, your right. I dident even think about that. By blocking her, it’s almost like giving her, her own day. What has this world come to, when almost every guy seems obssessed with her. Know with this blocking her day will probobly cause others to wonder why. Before we know it at the end of the year google will anounce that she was the most serched for person of the year. Remember, young woman like Megan Fox don’t last the distance when it comes to acting chops. Just go watch Transformers 2, which I would never see but my brother did and he said that the majority of her dialogue during the entire movie was “aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh”. So there you have it.
She might be the “it” girl now, but give it 2-5 years and it will be Megan who? Enjoy your looks while you have them Megan because that is all you will have to work with because the acting is very lame.

i really dont like megan fox. the young actresses that should be getting recognition are kat dennings and ellen page. the 2 best new young actresses out there.
It will be interesting to see what roles Megan chooses beginning now to the next 3 years.
If she can demonstrate that she can act, she’ll have staying power in Hollywood and prove her critics wrong.

If she fails, she can always find work in b-movies. That’s probably more her niche.
jo, so far ive only saw kat dennings in 3 movies, charlie bartlett, nick and norahs infinite playlist, and the house bunny. i really like all 3 movies, even though the house bunny is something i never intended on watching. shes not AS good as ellen page is, but i think with some work and trying some movies that arent comedy/romance she could definitely be up there with ellen.
Megan is not an actress. She is but a body. An attractive body simply because she is youthful and has lots of makeup and expensive clothing. Take any 20 y/o girl off the street and shes a Megan Fox.
She doesnt deserve her ego.
