Mission: Impossible – Fallout repeats weekend box office win

Mission: Impossible - FalloutAudiences are still loving everything about Mission: Impossible – Fallout, which remains the box office champ in its second weekend. Two new releases also won over audiences, securing their place on this list.

Mission: Impossible – Fallout, starring Tom CruiseHenry Cavill and Simon Pegg, topped the box office, earning an additional $35 million for an impressive domestic two-week total of $124.5 million. Our readers are loving this new installment in the popular franchise, giving it a rating of 4.3 out of 5 stars.

Disney’s Christopher Robin debuted in the second spot at the box office, earning $25 million. About an adult Christopher Robin (Ewan McGregor) who has Winnie the Pooh (Jim Cummings) ask for help in finding their friends, the film scored a rating of 4.5 stars on this site.

The Spy Who Dumped Me, starring Mila Kunis and Kate McKinnon, secured the third spot in its opening weekend. About a woman who finds out her ex-boyfriend is a CIA agent targeted by a team of deadly assassins, this comedy earned $12.4 million. It received 3.3 stars on our site.

The musical sequel Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again dropped to fourth place, earning an additional $9 million for a domestic total of $91.3 million. Our users raved about it, giving the movie 3.9 stars.
