The Divergent Series: Allegiant: When Factionless leader Evelyn Johnson appoints herself leader of the city, she expects her son Tobias (Theo James) to help her. Meanwhile, Tris’ (Shailene Woodley) brother Caleb (Ansel Elgort) is sentenced to death for helping former Erudite leader, Jeanine Matthews. Tris and Tobias escape into the world outside the fence and are taken into protective custody, where they make a shocking discovery involving the mixing of DNA.

Green Room: While on the road in Oregon, a down-on-their-luck punk band (Anton Yelchin, Alia Shawkat, Callum Turner, Joe Cole) agrees to perform a last-minute gig in order to make enough money to buy gas to get home to Virginia. The booker advises them not to “talk politics” — which seems easy enough, until they take the stage facing an audience of neo-Nazi skinheads. Although their performance seems to go well, when they return backstage, they’re confronted by white supremacists.

Hardcore Henry: When a man wakes up with no memory of his past, he’s told his name is Henry. He’s also told that he’s now a cybernetic super-soldier resurrected from the dead. Henry is informed that his wife Estelle (Haley Bennett) has been kidnapped and he’s assigned to save her. Everyone is gunning for Henry (literally), except his only ally, a mysterious British man named Jimmy (Sharlto Copley). Or is he an ally?

Miracles From Heaven: Based on Christy Beam’s memoir of the same name, Miracles From Heaven tells the true story of 12-year-old Annabel Beam (Kylie Rogers) who suffers from a rare incurable digestive disorder, while her mother Christy (Jennifer Garner) searches for a solution. After surviving a freak accident, Anna finds herself miraculously cured of the rare disease. Miracles From Heaven follows a series of miracles as they unfold that leave Anna’s family, doctors and the whole Texas community in awe.

Everybody Wants Some!!: In the 1980s, high school baseball star Jake (Blake Jenner) has arrived at college and has to find a way to fit in with his fellow students and the other guys on his baseball team. His upperclassman teammates take it upon themselves to teach Jake and the rest of the newbies how to navigate the party scene and make the most of their first year.

Sleeping Giant: Adam (Jackson Martin), 15, and his parents are spending summer vacation at a cottage near Thunder Bay on Lake Superior. Adam makes friends with cousins Riley and Nate, who are spending the summer with their grandmother. The cousins are violent, without conscience and numb to human emotion, and even though they make fun of Adam when he gets hurt and bloody, he continues to value their friendship. When Riley finds out a secret about Adam’s father, it sets off a series of irreversible events that change the boys forever.

Sleeping Giant is a film more people should know about, and that religious garbage Miracles from Heaven is spouting should be shut down.
