New movies in theaters – Escape Room and Wildlife

Escape Room posterThere are two new movies opening in theaters this Friday — one wide release and one limited. Check them out below!

Escape Room – College student Zoey (Taylor Russell) receives a black box anonymously through the mail, with a card that invites her to win a million dollars by being “the first to escape the most immersive room yet.” She goes to the address on the card and finds five other people, all of whom also received an invitation. They quickly discover they’re in a deadly escape room, and have to use their wits to survive. Click here for showtimes.

Wildlife – A teenage boy (Ed Oxenbould) in 1960s Montana experiences the breakdown of his parents’ marriage and his mother’s (Carey Mulligan) struggle to keep their lives afloat after his father (Jake Gyllenhaal) leaves. Opening in Toronto only. Click here for showtimes.

    Wow that’s fast for Hollywood to bring plot lines for real escape rooms out there which I have yet to try them.
