New on DVD – Coco, Three Billboards and more

The Oscar-nominated films Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, Coco and Darkest Hour are all now available on DVD and/or Blu-ray. Check out all the movies releasing today.

Coco  A boy in a Mexican village who wants to be a musician instead of continuing his family’s legacy of being shoemakers discovers an incredible secret when he mysteriously crosses over into the Land of the Dead. Check out our interview with Anthony Gonzalez, the young actor who voices the lead role of Miguel.

Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri – Tough-as-nails Mildred Hayes (Frances McDormand) is impatient when the Ebbing, Missouri police department is unable to solve the mystery of her daughter’s murder. She decides to rent three billboards that lead into town and puts messages on them asking why police chief William Willoughby (Woody Harrelson) hasn’t made an arrest. But the move leads to conflict with some of the townsfolk and the police department. Click here to read our review.

Darkest Hour – Following Winston Churchill (Gary Oldman) as he becomes Prime Minister of the United Kingdom in the early days of World War II. Churchill wins the hearts of the British people as he vows to never surrender in fighting Hitler no matter what means the Nazis use in their attempt to capture Britain.

Just Getting Started – Duke Diver (Morgan Freeman) manages the Villa Capri, a luxury retirement resort in Palm Springs. The resident ladies man, he makes sure the guests enjoy the neverending party lifestyle the resort embraces. That is, until ex-military man Leo (Tommy Lee Jones) moves in and Duke, who’s in the witness protection program, is found by the mob.

Let There Be Light – Sol Harkens (Kevin Sorbo) blames God after the death of his young son. He goes on speaking tours and becomes a famous atheist with a bestselling book, titled Aborting God. When Sol has a near-death experience, he’s declared legally dead for a period of four minutes. The doctor pronounces it a miracle when Sol not only survives, but fully recovers. Unable to comprehend what happened, Sol goes to a priest for guidance and begins to see things differently.

Murder on the Orient Express – A star-studded cast, including Johnny DeppMichelle Pfeiffer and Judi Dench, go on a journey on the lavish Orient Express train. But the ride turns from one of relaxation into a race to discover the murderer in their midst after one of the passengers is found dead.
