In the critically acclaimed thriller The Babadook, Amelia is a single mother struggling to raise her six-year-old son Sam  after her husband’s death. One night Sam asks his mother to read him the story of Mister Babadook — but this is no ordinary children’s book. Once someone becomes aware of the Babadook, it torments them indefinitely. Amelia can’t be bothered with her son’s imaginary monster, but when strange events begin happening she quickly realizes the creature might be very real after all.

The Woman in Black 2: Angel of Death tells the story of what happened 40 years after the events of the first film, The Woman in Black. During World War II, a group of children are taken for temporary shelter at the Eel House. In the true-life drama Big Eyes, Walter Keane (Christoph Waltz) reaches great fame and recognition in the 1950s and early 1960s for portrait paintings of children as large-eyed waifs. However, the real artist behind the masterpieces is his wife, Margaret (Amy Adams).
