New releases this week – Inside Out and more

InsideOutJurassic World was a smash hit at the box office last weekend, but there are more movies releasing today that you’ll definitely want to catch in theatres, including the highly anticipated animated Disney/Pixar flick Inside Out.

Featuring the voice talents of Amy Poehler, Bill Hader and Mindy Kaling, Inside Out tells us the story of a young girl named Riley who goes through a variety of emotions in her everyday life after moving to a new city.  The five emotions control her and try to help her deal with it.  Click here for showtimes.

Opening in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver is Testament of Youth, a war drama about a bright young woman who has dreams of becoming a writer. On the brink of WWI, she wants to study at Oxford, against her family’s wishes. Click here for showtimes.

Dope tells the story of a young African-American man trying to survive life in a tough Los Angeles neighborhood while he is preparing to go to college. An invitation to an underground party leads him on an adventure that may change his life forever. Click here for showtimes.

Opening in Toronto is the documentary Deli Man. This documentary will take you through the history of delicatessens and its origins in America. David “Ziggy” Gruber expresses his love for his deli and Jewish cooking. Click here for showtimes.
