Paula Abdul denies being drunk

Even though her behavior as a judge on American Idol was at times bizarre, Paula Abdul claims she’s never been drunk. During a recent interview on CBS Sunday Morning, she denied that she abuses drugs or alcohol. “I’ve never had a drinking problem. Even though I’ve been in this business for quite some time,” she explained. “I’ve never physically been drunk in my life. I’ve never been drunk in my life! I don’t use recreational drugs. But I am goofy.”

meh, if anything she should say she does get drunk at New Years or something, stating very rare occassions and then add that she NEVER drives and always drinks responsibly, maybe that will get people off her case. But then again, it’s Hollywood and maybe even that will get blown up and there will be a surprise witness who saw her at a New Years party all messed up etc.. She can’t win either way. Nobody believes in a goody-2-step-dancing-shoes like her so there MUST be other addictions she has.
I too am one of those people that is off the wall goofy 99% of the time. I don’t need alcohol and have never used a recreational drug in my life but I have been accused of it many many times. If you were a miserable b*tch people would be more accepting, thats the way our society is. Stay true Paula, who gives a damn what people think. We are who we are and don’t ever conform to be like the rest of the herd.
