Rita Ora made a dramatic statement with a Marchesa gown in her first-ever Oscar appearance, but it lacked that certain something a red carpet look needs. Plus, it looks like the top of her dress lost a stitch and now the fabric is just hanging out. From the side, it’s almost protruding. Luckily she had that gold material underneath, or she might have had an unfortunate wardrobe malfunction.
