Shia LaBeouf handcuffed after bar fight

Shia LaBeouf was handcuffed following a bar fight Saturday morning. The 24-year-old actor was at the Mad Bull’s Tavern in Sherman Oaks, CA when another bar patron, Mark Mastro — went up to Shia, who was sitting alone at a table — sat down and asked if he could take a photo. Mastro told RadarOnline: “He said he just wanted to chill and refused to do photos. I walked away.” The fight started later, when Mark and his friends went back up to Shia. Mastro says his friend asked Shia “‘What’s up?’ Shia told him to ‘get the f*** out of my way.’ He was slurring his words. That’s when I said to my buddy, ‘don’t worry, he’s just a f***ing fa**ot anyway.’ He turned around, cursed me out, and I started laughing.” Mastro says Shia walked to his car in the parking lot, but then returned. “He charged at me!” Mastro claims. “I jumped over the patio fence onto the sidewalk to get away from him. But he kept coming after me. He was getting in my face. He was talking s***. He was chest-bumping me.” However, a bouncer at the bar says Shia was jumped on his way out of the bar by Mastro and his pals. An eyewitness named Dee claims, “I saw [Shia] get hit, everyone did. It caught him in the mouth. [Mastro] punched him good.” A policeman who was driving by saw the commotion, called for backup and stopped the fight. Dee says nine police cars showed up within minutes. “They handcuffed both of them and asked Shia if he wanted to press charges. He said no. Then they asked the other guy and he said no too, so they let them go and they went on their separate ways.” Dee, who’s a regular at the bar, added that the bar staff calls Shia “the ‘Unibomber’ because he always comes in with his hood up, wearing a hat or glasses and a scruffy beard.” TMZ spoke with sources connected to Mad Bulls Tavern who said, “Every time Shia comes to the bar, he’s a problem and it’s starting to get old.” Shia, who suffered a split lip in the fight, was not arrested.

How can Anyone be a problem if someone else bothers him/her. Shia was Peacefully enjoying a drink and then the other guy Asks for a picture and Shia said no and everything was OK. It was when the guy came back and then started bothering him, that things got worse! What’s more I’m going to phone you up and tell you what I said here. I will Not support you till you apologize to Shia for saying this, when he Wasn’t the one at fault. Then what you said is Public now and then different people Form A Wrong Opinion Of Him. That might lead to other different problems.
I had a (certain person) ask me very nicely(when I was eating pizza), if he could sit at my table and I said no and he left and never bothered me after that. Maybe I should have but I was thinking(predicting the future) he may treat me Rude(Not 1 person in this World wants to be treated rude while they’re eating). To the owners of the Mad Bull. I am sure Shia can find another pub that won’t mind his money and will allow him to chill if he wishes without some yahoo sitting down and getting in his face. This kind of star harassment in the States is why actors like coming to Vancouver. They can chill with or without fans at most clubs in town. (well, except for the teeny bopper fans, but they are in bed by the time the adults want to play lol)
