Stalker arrested at Halle Berry’s home

By Alexandra Heilbron on July 12, 2011 | 5 Comments

A man who invaded Halle Berry‘s privacy twice over the weekend has been caught by police. Law enforcement officers were called when he was spotted jumping the security wall at her Los Angeles area home on Saturday, but they were unable to get him. They were called again when Halley looked out of her kitchen window and saw the man standing there staring at her, holding a book. When he returned to her home at around 11 p.m. on Monday night, her security guards spotted him via the security camera and held him until the police arrived. The L.A.P.D. officers had Halle identify him as the man who terrified her on the weekend, then arrested him on suspicion of felony stalking. He has been identified as 27-year-old Richard Franco.

That is some creepy $h!7. I would blow a vein if I was washing some dishes and suddenly looked up to see a face staring at me through the window.

They got the story backwards, he was jumping the fence trying to escape her. She can’t keep a man at all poor Halle. 🙂
