Twilight actor arrested on outstanding warrant

Kiowa Gordon, 21, who plays Embry Call — a member of Jacob’s wolf pack — in the Twilight movies, was arrested Tuesday in Tempe, Arizona after the car in which he was a passenger was stopped for a “routine registration check” at approximately 6:00 a.m. Law enforcement officers discovered a warrant for Gordon’s arrest, stemming from a 2010 incident in Mesa, Arizona, during which he was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He’s scheduled to face the charges at Mesa City Court on August 18. In the meantime, he remains in custody at Maricopa County Jail. Gordon is a native of Arizona and was recommended for a role in The Twilight Saga: New Moon by author Stephenie Meyer, who also lives in Arizona. He’s also appeared in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse and makes an appearance in the upcoming The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1. And that is why I like living in Canada. No one gives a crap if you’ve got weed. (Unless it looks like you intend to sell, that’s another story).

    Silly waste of resources.
But the more Twilight actors off the streets, the better. A little late though, they’re done filming.

For how much revenue the country brings in due to the sale of marijuana its stupid to fight it, but they do.. I guess this guy was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Man i love Living in Canada.

Yeah, the government wastes so much money on dealing with weed being illegal. The government would actually make money if they legalized it but what else is new.

Gov’t is just mad cuz the dealers are making money on this stuff instead of them. But they can get some of the money by making them pay huge fines when they get caught, confiscating it and reselling it. lol

Did you know that there are at least 10 Canadians in the Twilight Saga cast?

kept in jail for pot, and not even selling it — the USA has some strange laws. and yet, you let murderers & rapists out because the prisons are too full to house them!! Now that is logic, twisted logic however. Little wonder they are in such financial hot water!

Let’s tip over cars and piss of the cops in protest! Oh wait only stupid Canuck fans do that.
