Is Bradley Cooper the ‘master manipulator’ in memoir?

Jennifer Esposito and Bradley Cooper, who split in May 2007 after marrying in December 2006, have kept quiet about their relationship. However, the 41-year-old “Blue Bloods” actress seems to have finally opened up about it in new memoir, Jennifer’s Way. In the book, the actress describes being asked out by a man, and even though there was “an entire marching band squad of red flags,” she chose to ignore it. Jennifer called the man “funny, smart, cocky, arrogant and a master manipulator,” adding that she didn’t “necessarily find him that attractive.” They became a couple anyway, although the actress wrote that her mystery man had a “mean, cold side” and his personality “could flip on a dime.” Even though Jennifer doesn’t name him, it’s easy to assume she’s referring to American Hustle star.
The Crash actress wrote that the relationship came to an abrupt end after she attended a seminar at the Agape International Spiritual Center in Los Angeles, hoping to deal with feelings of loneliness and sadness. “Within days, my relationship hit an all-time low, and within a week it was over. Abruptly, rudely, and with the exact callousness that I’d come to expect from him.” Jennifer is now engaged to British model Louis Dowler, while Bradley has been dating model Suki Waterhouse, 22, for a little over a year. ~Alexandra Sharova
