Rumors that Jennifer Lopez may be pregnant began circulating Wednesday, after the launch of her new clothing line, Just Sweet, during New York Fashion Week. Wearing a baggy green dress on the catwalk, Lopez seemed to be sporting a visible baby bump. An insider told MediaTakeOut.com, “Everyone was crowding around her and congratulating her about it. She was really happy about it, and so was [her husband] Marc Anthony.

   If she is pregant…congratulations and let’s hope the baby looks like her and not Marc. One wonders how anyone can live under the constant scrutiny that celebrities do. Such a double standard. A female entertainer cannot gain 5 pounds without it being slashed all over the tabloids/magazines. However, male actors can get as big as a house (Val Kilmer – presently 240 and John Goodman – presently 300) and the paparazi never bothers them. Very interesting indeed! Yet still J. Lo “appears” to have a little bulge and it gets noticed. Could it be that she’s just bloated? Could it be that she possibly gained some weight around her mid-section? Give women a break so that we don’t continue to perpetuate a false body image or eating disorder. Peace out.
