Jennifer Aniston on baby food diet

jennifer_anistonJennifer Aniston has reportedly been eating baby food in a bid to shape up. The actress wanted to shift some weight before she flew out to Hawaii to shoot new movie Just Go With It so enlisted the help of celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, who recommended The Baby Food Cleanse eating plan, which involves 14 portions of pureed food a day followed by a healthy adult dinner. It is said to have worked for Jennifer, who has lost 7 lbs. A source told Britain’s Grazia magazine: “While in Europe last month, Jen had relaxed her usually strict diet regime. She knew she had been indulging, and seeing as her upcoming role required her to wear lots of little dresses, she wanted to be at her physical peak.” Tracy — whose celebrity clients include Gwyneth Paltrow and Courteney Cox Arquette — is very impressed with Jennifer’s progress. She said: “She’s doing really well. Nobody says they only want one specific thing changed. They want the whole toning package.” The diet includes fruit smoothies, pureed oatmeal and pears with cinnamon, soups containing dandelion greens and a dinner of lean meats and vegetables.

    a baby food diet is a disgusting way to torture yourself. as if she couldnt eat those things normally and get the same effect only feel less hungry and not feel like youre eating prechewed food. my brothers ex gf started eating baby food, she was working one job that was 6 hours a day all she did was make and deliver food to schools for children, she said that her life was too stressful (first job she had, my brother worked 2 jobs to support her and pay her way in life) and thats why she could only eat baby food. i was working 10pm-6am then staying up and going to work at the same place as her from 8am-2pm and then going to sleep and doing it all over again and i never resulted to eating baby food. sick in the head people 😛

    I dunno are you sure…She might have the slightest bit of imperfection on her lower right ab. This is crazy. What kind of message is this sending to the younger generation?

    Diets do not work. Try eating regular meals in moderation throughout the day along with regular workouts. People on diets only lose about 5-10 % of their weight but gain it back when the diet is done and can actually gain even more weight back then when they started the diet. So why is she on a diet anyway…Eating baby food is not going to put her at her physical peak its only going to temporarily fix things and shell have to work twice as hard later.
