Jennifer Hudson appeared briefly on Oprah last week, long enough to perform her new single, “If This Isn’t Love” and tell Oprah, “I’m just glad to be back, be back to work doing what I love to do. It’s like therapy. I’m in a very good place.” This was Hudson’s first talk show appearance since her mother, brother and nephew were murdered last October. Hudson, who is engaged to fiancé David Otunga, kicks off a 20-city tour with Robin Thicke on March 31. This will be her first tour as a solo artist (her last tour was with American Idol, when she was a finalist).
