Jennifer Love Hewitt breaks off engagement

Ghost Whisperer star Jennifer Love Hewitt has broken off her engagement to Ross McCall, according to people.com. “They broke up over the holidays and have ended their engagement,” a source close to the couple told the entertainment site. “They’re both really sad about this. Even their friends are surprised; they seemed really happy. Everyone just wants the best for both of them.” The two were engaged in November 2007 after dating for two years. McCall is a Scottish actor who has starred in the miniseries Band of Brothers and Crash, as well as an episode of Hewitt’s show.

   on an aside…both great material, Band of Brothers and Crash…brilliant

   well, only these two know where they wanted this relationship to go and better now than after kiddies arrive
