The rep told People: “Jesse checked himself into a treatment facility to deal with personal issues. He realized that this time was crucial to help himself, help his family and help save his marriage.” TMZ claims the West Coast Choppers owner is staying at the Sierra Tucson rehab centre in Arizona – which specializes in drug, alcohol and sex addictions. Sandra announced she was divorcing Jesse yesterday. It’s believed Jesse’s rehab stay is a last-ditch attempt to save his marriage. A source told RadarOnline.com: “He offered to go to the same rehab centre that golfer Tiger Woods went to if Sandra would support him and stick with him. She said ‘no’, and that basically he’s the scum of the earth.” Meanwhile, a photograph of Jesse giving a Nazi salute has emerged. The controversial image shows the tattooed biker wearing a SS officer’s hat while holding two fingers to his mouth and pointing his other arm in the air.
