Sandra Bullock‘s ex-husband, Jesse James, 40, is engaged to tattoo artist Katherine Drachenberg, 28, who goes by the name Kat Von D on the reality series LA Ink, which features her working at a tattoo parlor in Los Angeles. James, who stars in the reality series Monster Garage, was divorced from Bullock last June. “You know sometimes the public and press gets it wrong. This is one of those times. 2010 was actually the best year of my life because I fell in love with my best friend. An amazing woman who stood behind me when the world turned their backs,” James told People. “I have never met anyone so kind and loving and committed to making the world a better place every day. My love for her is beyond description. So honored that she said ‘yes.’ Growing old with her is going to be a f—–’ blast!” James’ marriage to Bullock ended swiftly when his cheating became public last March.

Either he was never in love with Sandra (who cheats on someone they love?) or this is a rebound relationship. At any rate, good luck to her, she must be a ditz. He cheated on his first two wives, he’s unlikely to change his colours.
Ugh – how did the public and press get it wrong? Husband cheats on wife. Public and press unimpressed.
Really, less than a year? Running low on decency, I guess. Not just the quick engagement but what he says here (on People magazine) about falling in love with Kat von D. Its just another slap in the face for Sandra Bullock. You’d think he’d have a little more respect for her.
Hmm…so, Kat must have been his best friend while he was with Sandra..but yet cheated on Sandra with some other girl(s) but not Kat? Yet is was in love with Kat? And yeah, hello Kat, what do you think he will do with you? He’s proven twice that he enjoys getting divorced. Why not just have a relationship together without the paperwork. Have a nice party with friends and family and such, wear white if you need to but stop getting married if you cannot handle it.
This is pathetic on so many levels that I don’t know where to start.

As much as what he did to Sandra was awful we still have no real idea what it was like behind closed doors. As Jo-Anne stated it appears Sandra has moved on as well.
Sure Sandra moved on, but she didn’t tell all the world that Ryan is her best friend, etc and that they’re engaged! I feel sorry for Sandra.. he could have handled this with a bit more tact IMO.
