Jesse James’ ex files for full custody

Now that Sandra Bullock has left Jesse James, his ex-wife, porn star Janine Lindemulder, has filed papers in court to get back full custody of their six-year-old daughter, Sunny. Janine is currently living in a halfway house, following jail time for tax evasion. Although she has visitation rights, apparently Janine knew she wouldn’t be able to get custody of her daughter back as long as Bullock was living with James and taking full responsibility for the little girl. Now that James is on his own, Janine feels confident that she can get Sunny away from him. The court date is set for June 14.
