Jessica Alba hates the gym

Jessica Alba Jessica Alba hates working out. The mother-of-two has revealed she can't stand the gym and much prefers dancing to really loud music to keep her trim figure toned. The 31-year-old Little Fockers star told the March issue of Women's Health magazine, "I like doing dance classes. That's fun. Like hip hop class, mixed with like core Pilates-type exercises. And sometimes I do sprint intervals just because I hate working out. Anything where I have to do something but I can get my mind off of doing it, that's so much better for me than anything that's repetitive. Or the music has to be loud and I have to be moving." The actress, who has two daughters, Honor, four, and 18-month-old Haven with her husband Cash Warren, previously admitted having children has made her less critical of herself. She revealed, "Becoming a mom has definitely made me feel more confident and secure than I ever did in my 20s. Even though I can't ever get down to my pre-baby weight before having Honor, my jeans don't zip up the same way, and things just hang differently (all moms know how that goes!), I feel completely comfortable in my skin and my idea of perfection has changed."

Wait till she hits 35 or 40 and the weight doesn’t stay off like it does now. The gym will become suddenly attractive when no more roles come.

    Tell that to Melissa McCarthy.

It’s all about how you eat. I’m sure she’s got a dietitian telling her how/what to eat. Exercise is still important, but doesn’t have to be every day and doesn’t have to be really strenuous.

Still hot. And as if anyone really enjoys the gym I think A bodybuilder named Nasser El Sonbaty said it best, they are idiots. It’s tough damn work. If it was easier than sitting on the couch eating chips and flipping channels then everyone would do it. Laziness is easier.

I am sure she used to hit gym everyday! Now she is complaining? Doesn’t make sense! Someday she will miss her workout for sure.
