John Travolta tried to book a table at a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant in West Sussex, England in advance, but when his representative called to make the reservation, the request was denied. “To me, customers are customers, no matter who they are. It doesn’t make a difference if someone is famous,” the worker told The Daily Mail. “The lady who called didn’t give me her name, she just said it will be for a Mr. Travolta. That threw me a little bit. I thought it might be a load of nonsense, but she seemed pretty serious.” However, yesterday a spokesperson for the restaurant chain sang a different tune, saying, “In hindsight, of course, we would have reserved a table for him. It’s not every day you get a Hollywood star eating in your restaurant.”

Who the hell books a table for KFC? You go to England to eat in at KFC?? Dinning at its finest
It has to be a prank.
John Travolta would know you don’t reserve tables at KFC.
It has to be a joke. Although when I look at his picture……………
they sang a different tune cause they didnt wanted to get fired.
Who cares? Not me. Geez……
The article might be a little misleading. He may have wanted space set aside for a party for friends and his children. If he wanted a few tables set aside for when the KFC opened at 11am….understandable.
No one books a table at KFC unless its a Birthday Party. Which celebrity books a table at KFC? I probably would have thought the same, “a prank call.” However if i were booking the table for a celebrity, i would have ask for the Manager of the establishment, give my name and explain it to him/her and probably it would have turned out differently. Next time be careful, it may just be your Angel you turn away!!!!
Now the news reports say Travolta walked in at lunch….saw a long line….and asked to be served right away.
What’s going on here? Cant we get something accurate?
lol this is ridiculous
Somebody better open up a bucket o’ whoop-ass!
KFC. HaaHAA!
It sounds like a hoax; than again, we are talking about Travolta.. he’s shaped like a man who eats KFC for breakfast with his cereal.
Why couldnt Travolta buy a bucket to go….and take lunch back to his airplane?
I read the title and I thought he was looking for work at KFC and was denied.
But yeah, I’m sure it was just a prank.
