In his upcoming movie, Johnny Depp may play a bad guy, but in real life he is anything but that. Playing 1930’s bank robber John Dillinger — America’s Most Wanted at the time — in his upcoming movie Public Enemies, Depp was filming on location in Wisconsin this past April. Jack Taylor, a local 12-year-old boy who got the chance to watch some of the filming, admired Depp’s fedora so much that he asked the actor for it. Depp promised Jack he could have it once filming wrapped. Last week, Depp made good on his promise and sent the hat to Jack, reports local Oshkosh, Wisconsin paper the Northwestern. Depp didn’t leave out Taylor’s four siblings, including gifts for them all from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, as well as a personal note to Jack.
