When I think of all the overexposed mainstream actors such as Nicholas Cage, Brad Pitt, etc. ..somehow johhny Depp does not occur to me even though he’s everywhere.Just can’t seem to get enough of him…..

I think they need to stop. Even Keira Knightly is sick of it and says her Pirate days are over.

  3. Shae • September 25, 2008 @ 11:21 AM

Yeah , I agree but he’s so damn cute!!! I fear the same thing will happen to my beloved Gerard Butler….I don’t want to share him!!

  4. Nancy • September 25, 2008 @ 12:13 PM

I’ve heard Gerard Butler is dating Jennifer Aniston…???? LOL.

NOOOOOOOOOOO Anyone but her…even Ellen would be better , just not her . Unless he’s gay, not there’s anything wrong with that ….

I hope the fouth movie is better then the third. I think they could turn things around this time. They can continue Jack search for immortality. Maybe running into a new pirate enemy(longjohn silver, or black beard). Just hope it’s good!

Keira SHOULD stop. Johnny however, SHOULD continue.

Jennifer Aniston is, at the very least, a h*ll of a lot better than Angelina (the home wrecker). It’s wonderful how the public turns on the “wronged”. In any event, keep in mind that “Pirates” are Disney movies and there is nothing wrong with a series of movies… it’s meant for fun… it’s not meant to be “Schindler’s List”.

Maybe they should try giving Native American roles to Native Americans. Johnny Depp doesn’t need it.

  10. MelissaJ • September 26, 2008 @ 11:32 AM

I guess that you do not know that much about Johny Depp. He is part Native American. I remember seeing it on A&E Bio.

  11. Sorsha • September 26, 2008 @ 12:39 PM

Now a days I tell you it is impossible to tell who is native and who isn’t. I have cousins who are 1/4 native and you would have NO idea. 2 of them are blonde and have freckles!

I myself am 1/16th and have red hair and am extremely pale.

At what dilution can you call yourself native?

Hooray for Johnny Depp doing another Pirates movie. They are great fun. Hope Orlando Bloom is on board too. Good riddance to Keira. Who needs her shrieking and screeching for the fourth time.

  13. Koko • September 26, 2008 @ 8:40 PM

I don’t think Orlando Bloom is in this. Earlier I’ve read that, if they EVER do a 4th movie, it will only be on Captain Jack because Keira Knightly doesn’t WANT to do a 4th Pirates film and they can’t continue Will’s story without Elizabeth Swann, so I think they have immediately cut out Will Turner =( Stoopid betches. I love Will and Jack. Elizabeth can do whatever the hell she wants =P

Amazingly people always say “I hated Johnny Depp in the Edward Scissorhands movie.” when in fact, without Johnny’s part in Tim Burton’s movie, he wouldn’t even be on screen today.

I’m surprised that there is another pirates of the caribbean movie. The third one was confusing but fun.

Nicole, I loved J.Depp’s role in E.Scissorhands, brilliant movie. I enjoyed him in many other films as well, the Pirates collection included. The first one was my favourite, however I would definitely see this 4th one.

However, I would pass on every one of the other Disney projects mentioned above….

I thought Edward Scissorhands sucked, but I absolutely love him as Captain Jack Sparrow! He was good in the Secret Window as well.
I love Orlando Bloom too, but it sounds like he won’t be in the 4th movie.
And yes, whoever said it above, Johnny is part Cherokee Indian. And hot hot hot!!!

Well, supposedly he’s getting $61 million for this one so, he would not be a very smart cookie to refuse.

$61 million……could you imagine having that kind of cash? This will double his fortune! Must be nice…
