Josh Duhamel kicked off plane

Josh Duhamel was kicked off a plane at New York’s La Guardia airport last Thursday after he ignored repeated requests by an airline staff member to turn off his Blackberry. According to TMZ, another passenger on the plane said Duhamel was “taunting the attendant” who asked him to turn off his phone three different times.  The plane was on the runway when the incident occurred, but thanks to Duhamel, it was forced to head back so officers could remove him, delaying the flight by 90 minutes. The Life as We Know It actor was in New York City to support his wife, Fergie, who was honored as Woman of the Year at Billboard’s Women In Music Awards Luncheon.

How embarrassing when your boyfriend or husband acts like a jerk. I feel sorry for her. He may be cute, but looks aren’t everything… Wasn’t he accused of cheating on her last year when he was out of town doing a movie?

His behaviour was unacceptable for sure. I am pleased he was removed, but that delay caused inconvenience for everyone else on the plane. What a twit….

The airline staff should have open the plans door on the runway, give Duhamel two bottles of beer (for souvenir) and push him down the emergency slide. That way the flight wouldn’t be delayed for 90 minutes. Everyone wins!!

There could of been a legitament reason why he coulden’t. Your all so quick to judge. They live off there cell phones to communicate with agents and etc. It could of been a make or brake deal he might of been dealing with. We woulden’t know,

There is NO reason not to obey air safety protocol! Thanks to him, others that have a life and were expected at their destination were delayed 90mins. Ridiculas. You let the person on the other end of the phone know you are on a plane and will call them from the air phone in a few mins. It’s not like he can’t afford it.

I’m glad he wasn’t given special treatment. It’s freaking for safety!

I fly all the time for work and I always text and make calls. I’ve never been questioned, asked to stop or anything. I use commercial airlines and I’m not always in business. This is strange to me.
