Jude Law suing Canadian fireplace company

Sherlock Holmes‘ British heartthrob, Jude Law, is suing an upscale fireplace company in Canada for using his image without his consent. Paloform used the 40-year-old actor’s face in online advertisements to promote their products on the company’s website, their Facebook page, and their Pinterest account. He filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court, calling himself “one of the most recognised, highly regarded, critically acclaimed, and commercially valuable motion picture actors in the world.” In case the court didn’t believe him, he also included his IMDB profile in the paperwork.
