Justin Bieber beats Kim Kardashian as most searched

After a year of several ups and one notable down—a.k.a. the Mariah Yeater paternity lawsuit—it looks like Justin Bieber is ending 2011 on a high note after being named the most searched person of the year on Internet search engine Bing. Bieber’s climb to the top of Bing’s annual list, from #6 in 2010 to #1 in 2011, was spurred on by an eventful year for the 17-year old. From his movie, Justin Bieber: Never Say Never, which was released in February 2011, and his “My World Tour” concert tour, to his appearance on Saturday Night Live and his ongoing romance with actress/singer Selena Gomez, there was no shortage of news surrounding Bieber in 2011. Of course, the arguably biggest Bieber-news story of all was the accusation by 20-year old Mariah Yeater that Bieber fathered her baby; an accusation that was subsequently dropped after weeks of media attention. The pop sensation’s rise to the top of the list, which only includes celebrities this year, means a drop in the rankings for last year’s title holder, Kim Kardashian. Even with an elaborate televised wedding, and all of the drama surrounding her subsequent petition for divorce from husband Kris Humphries, Kardashian was unable to hold on to the top spot, dropping from #1 in 2010 to #2 in 2011. Other famous names that made this year’s list include Jennifer Aniston at #3, Lindsay Lohan at #4, and Jennifer Lopez, who made an impressive jump from #50 in 2010 to #5 in 2011. ~Sonja Jackson

WGAF ?!! He looks like a girl, and he barely edged out a succubus (Kardashian), a drunk (Lohan), and a dried up milf (Lopez).

As far as I care, that entire top 10 list should be run through a meat grinder and fed to a pack of ravenous Canadian timber wolves.
