GQ has released their ranking of the 25 Least Influential People of 2013 and pop stars Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber have made the list. Miley, who made headlines after her crazy performance at the MTV VMAs, came out at number six because “[she] spent the entire year foam-finger-blasting herself, licking sledgehammers, and basically trying every inane strategy she could think of to rile up America’s few remaining pearl clutchers. What’s sad is that it totally worked.” Canadian superstar Justin Bieber made the list at number four. The magazine said, “when you’re a just-legal megastar raising hell and being a brat, people will still give you a chance. They’ll blame the money and the fame and probably your parents. But once you lose the baby fat, there are no viable excuses.” They then continue on to list all the ridiculous things Justin has done this year including peeing in a bucket, spitting on fans, and being videotaped by a porn star while he was sleeping.
