Justin Bieber’s guests have to sign a waiver

By Tribute on May 27, 2013 | 8 Comments

You might want to think twice before partying at Justin Bieber’s mansion since there’s a risk of being sued for $5 million. That’s right; the pop star is asking guests to sign a waiver that states no one can talk about his guests or himself, or anything that happens on his property. TMZ received a copy of the document in which it gives several specific rules that guests must follow, including a ban on revealing the “physical health or the philosophical, spiritual or other views or characteristics” of Bieber or any of his guests. In addition, those who sign the waiver must not tweet, blog or post pictures on Instagram. To top it off, there’s a section that asserts Bieber has limited liability for any physical harm that happens on the property. He suggests there could be activities that may be “potentially hazardous and you should not participate unless you are medically able and properly trained.” Things that may cause “minor injuries to catastrophic injuries, including death.” ~Rebecca Raveendran

It makes it sound like that’s the party you want to be at! I was at the Billboard music awards in Vegas last week and I felt sorry for the kid. I don’t think he should have been boo’d.
Rest assured he will fade and end up in a bad coke-fueled spiral soon enough. Comeback album at 25. Then fade away again.

This contract is a load of bull, never mind that it won’t hold in court in a case of breach (like tweeting) he will likely be facing criminal negligence charges if someone does get seriously hurt or worse, because they are aware of the potential risks of the activities provided on the property.
