Kanye West attacks paparazzo at LAX

Kanye West got into a quarrel with a paparazzo at Los Angeles International Airport on Friday, according to E!Online. A video of the incident from the photographer’s perspective was provided to TMZ. It shows West, 36, confronting a photographer who was described as “especially aggressive” towards him, wrestling the camera from his hand and pushing him to the ground. Despite the video being released, LAX police have told E!Online that they can’t confirm West’s involvement because “the alleged suspect left the scene” before they arrived. The following statement was issued: “Today at approximately 2:00 p.m., at the Tom Bradley International Terminal (on the arrival level curbside), Los Angeles Airport Police officers were flagged down by a citizen (photographer) who alleged that he was taking pictures of an individual when he was battered by the subject.” According to a source, the videographer received injuries to his hip that were enough to prompt the presence of the paramedics and a trip to the hospital. The case will be further investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department. ~Alfonso Espina
