Kat Von D sued for killing her cat

By Tribute on May 31, 2012 | 15 Comments

In November of 2010 reality star Kat Von D‘s Hollywood home caught fire and took the life of her pet cat, Valentine. Kat (whose real name is Katherine Drachenberg) was briefly engaged to Sandra Bullock‘s ex-husband Jesse James. Luckily the tattoo artist had home insurance with State Farm, which paid her claim for over $9oo,000 worth of damages, but now the insurance company is suing Kat for $1 million. TMZ obtained the court documents filed by State Farm on May 29, claiming Kat lit up several candles throughout her house and then intentionally set it on fire. Kat’s reps have yet to respond to the allegations that she deliberately killed her cat and destroyed her house. ~Krystin Edgerton

So she’s not being sued for killing her cat, but for allegedly setting her house on fire. Wrong headline.

No, the headline is right. Her cat made some comments about how much it hated her tattoos. She retaliated by burning the home with the cat inside.

Welcome my children. I am Jesus Christ. This woman is innocent of this alledged crime. She is guilty however of thinking only with her crotch and with enhancing her career on her back with douche bag Jesse James shpunking into her and having bad taste in ink and in men.

Typical insurance company! I mean this woman is trouble and has the moral fiber of a slug, but frankly can insurance company stop looking for loophole so that they can NOT pay people for damages that we PAY premiums for to be covered. In the battle of State Farm vs Kat Von D to see who is a bigger slime bag let me tell you folks State Farm (or any insurance company for that matter) wins hands down!

In regards to Kat Von D, thats the most rediculous story I have ever heard. Anyone who knows Kat or watch’s her show knows she loves her pets and would do anything for them. Also I believe Kat was raised by loving parents who taught her that all life matters. I can tell you right now they won’t win!

ps Kat try not to listen to all this buloney. Im so sorry you lost both beautiful kittys. Not that it is anybody’s business. I miss seeing your show, hope you come back to tv soon.
