American Idol alum Katharine McPhee, 29, who is married to music producer Nick Cokas, was photographed kissing Michael Morris, a married director from her cancelled NBC musical-drama Smash. The pair were seen kissing in broad daylight in Hollywood and were photographed by TMZ. Morris has been married to actress Mary McCormack for over a decade. They share three daughters aged two, six and nine. Katharine and Nick married in 2008, but sources close to the couple told TMZ they have been living apart for six months. The status of Morris’ marriage to McCormack is unclear, but he was spotted wearing a wedding ring in the photos with Katharine, who was not wearing a ring.
