Kevin James is a dad again

Kevin James became a father for the fourth time in January.

The Paul Blart: Mall Cop actor feels like a ”lucky daddy” after he and wife Steffiana de la Cruz welcomed a baby girl, Sistine Sabella into the world earlier this year and the 49-year-old star quipped he knew she was his because she weighed a huge 9lb 8oz at birth.

He told Us Weekly magazine: ”[She’s a] big girl! That’s how I know she’s mine. She’s incredible. A really good baby and so sweet. I’m a lucky daddy.”

While Kevin took some time off to be with his family, he recently went on the road for a small number of stand-up comedy shows. Little Sistine was able to make the trip and was incredibly well-behaved throughout the journeys.

Kevin added: ”She was great. She travels great. It’s been fun. She’s such a good baby. She’s like her daddy — she only cries when she’s hungry.”

Discussing fatherhood in the past, the comedy star admitted he become less uptight about his family following the birth of his second child, Shea.

He said: ”You kinda loosen up with the second child a little bit, which is nice. The first child, I remember they just give it to you at the hospital, you’re supposed to put her in the car seat and drive home. I was 10-2 on the wheel in the right lane 30 miles an hour on the highway with the flashers going. Second kid, I had the top down. I was steering with my knees.”

The couple also have daughters Sienna-Marie, 9, Shea, 7, and son Kannon, 3, together.
