Rapper Kanye West gave girlfriend Kim Kardashian the best possible present for the reality star’s 33rd birthday: an engagement ring. After Kanye attended the 2013 Hollywood Film Awards, he flew out to San Francisco along with Kim, blindfolded her, then brought her to the AT&T Park baseball diamond, which he’d rented out for the evening. With a full orchestra playing Kim’s favorite song, Lana Del Ray’s “Young and Beautiful,” Kanye went down on one knee and proposed with a 15-carat-diamond ring. The jumbotron read “PLEEEASE MARRY ME.” When Kim accepted, their friends and family came running onto the field to celebrate. Kim posted the photo above of the happy moment to Instagram. The couple became a public item in April 2012 and had a daughter, North, in June. This will be Kim’s third marriage and Kanye’s first. ~ Brie Davis
