Kim Kardashian wins Most Annoying Celebrity title

Kim Kardashian has topped Parade magazine’s 2011 “Most Annoying Celebrity Poll.” The magazine calls her “famous for being famous” and says “everywhere you look, there seems to be a Kardashian.” She ranked first place by earning 29 per cent of the votes, with Charlie Sheen close behind at 27 per cent and Snooki (Jersey Shore reality star) getting 21 per cent. Lindsay Lohan was in fourth place with 16 per cent, while Donald Trump made the top five with 5 per cent. Bachelor star Brad Womack completed the list with just 1 per cent. Apparently Paris Hilton, who didn’t get a mention, has dropped off everyone’s radar. The poll was just one of several pop culture polls the magazine ran. Emma Watson ranked first in the “Most Likely to Succeed from Harry Potter” poll with 79 per cent of the votes, while Daniel Radcliffe earned 18 per cent and Rupert Grint just 2 per cent. Jennifer Lopez won the most votes in the “Most Replaceable American Idol Judge” poll.

I dont get the obsession with these people. They’re not talented, not good looking, not interesting in any way. Reality tv is annoying and boring.
How do you get to be famous for being famous when you’re not famous to begin with?
I don’t get this celebrity status that non-celebrities are getting out there right now. I can’t wait for all them to just go away like Paris Hilton.

Brittany, Charlie Sheen is actually a very talented actor. And I hate to say it, so is Lindsay Lohan.
To put the Kardashians or reality-show “stars” on the same level is beneath contempt.
First of all, she’s infamous for being in a homemade porn flic. There’s no logical reason for her current “fame”. When will this “reality” tv kick end and get back to good television writing. Where are the Seinfeld’s or the Friends or the Cheers’ of today? There’s a handful of good shows but not with the gravitas or potential for classics like the ones I mentioned.
How do these people become famous, what has she done. The only reason anyone even knows who she is is because she apparently bugged Ryan Seacrest into making a Realty TV show about her. If it wasn’t for that I don’t think that anyone would know who she is.
She’s famous because her parents are wealthy and powerful. Same with Paris. Jersey Shore, probably connected to the mafia.
