Kim Kardashian gave birth to a daughter on Saturday, June 15 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in West Hollywood, five weeks earlier than expected. The father of the baby, Kanye West, was by her side the entire time in the delivery room. A source told Us Weekly, “Of course, Kanye was there with Kim when she went to the hospital and had the baby. She started to feel sick late last night [Friday] and was having contractions.” Although a name has not yet been announced, sources say Kim wants to follow the Kardashian tradition of giving the baby a name starting with a K. There have been several tweets from family and friends congratulating the new parents and their baby girl. Kim’s sister Khloe wrote, “I cannot even begin 2describe the miracle that is now a part of our family. Mommy/baby are healthy &resting. We appreciate all of the love.” ~Rebecca Raveendran
