LaBeouf arrested for trespass

Shia LaBeoufPolice were called to a Chicago drug store Sunday morning when actor Shia LaBeouf refused to leave the store. A security guard said LaBeouf was asked to leave because he appeared to be drunk. However, he was not given a breathalyzer test when police arrived because he wasn’t driving. LaBeouf will face a misdemeanor criminal trespass charge in court later this month. His new film Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, in which he co-stars opposite Harrison Ford, will be released next year.

“Youre happy for his misdemeanor criminal trespass charge?”

Yes — now the lad can say he’s “made it.”

I wouldn’t be surprised if he refused to leave out of principle. Wouldn’t be the first time a security guard had that aura of condescension around them, and acted in a provocative manner that resulted in downright belligerence between both parties. Maybe “busting” a kid who happens to be in an astronomical income bracket was their way of feeling better about themselves. Who knows? Not saying that’s what happened, but it wouldn’t surprise me.

Why is this news, though? In a month, Shia will still be dating supermodels, and that security guard will still be making barely above minimum wage. Ultimately, no one will care.

I can see the principal thing as well, though i see it was more Shia than the Pharmacy. “I’m Shia LaBeouf, how dare you kick ME out”! The only reason being is i ask myself what he was doing in a pharmacy drunk. And if so cuz i’ve been drunk in public before, (as i’m sure lots of people have) and was never removed from the place. What was he doing that he needed to be, “removed from the property?. For gods sake he just reached superstar stasis…COMMON MAN!!!

if no one around him was in danger, nothing should have happened to him. like, when brit or LiLo drive drunk, people could get killed. And what happens to them? They spend an hour in jail!!

ultimately Shia still rocks and I will still support him and his movies, cuz they’re good!
