Lamar Odom, the ex-husband of Khloe Kardashian, has been hospitalized after being found unconscious in a brothel yesterday. He has not regained consciousness since he was found and remains in ”critical” condition.
The shocking incident has left Khloe feeling ”completely inconsolable and heartbroken.”
However, Lamar’s destructive tendencies mean the family haven’t been surprised by the news.
A Kardashian family source said: ”[It] isn’t shocking, but it is sad.”
The couple were wed September 2009, exactly one month after meeting at a party, but filed for divorce, which was blamed on both his infidelity and a drug problem, in December 2013. The agreement was finalized in July of this year.
Since the divorce was completed Khloe – expected to travel to Las Vegas to be by his bedside in hospital – has severed all ties with the star but is ”not good” following his hospitalization, having been concerned about his detrimental behavior for a while.
A source revealed: ”Khloe Kardashian had cut off contact with Lamar in the summer and she has been worried about Lamar for a very long time.”
