Lea Michele eternally grateful for Kate Hudson’s support

Glee actress Lea Michele covers the December 2013 issue of Elle magazine and opened up about her television career, Cory Monteith, and healing after his sudden death. Lea also talked about the support she received from Kate Hudson. “I called her and said, I don’t know where I’m going to go because my house is swarmed [with reporters]. She was like, ‘Oh, you’re going to stay at my house.’ Like it was nothing.” Kate opened her doors not only to Lea, but her family and any friends she wanted as well. Staying at Kate’s house was a blessing to Lea as she was able to grieve in peace. “No one knew I was there. I’ll never really be able to thank her, truly, for what she did for me.” Kate and Lea met in 2012 on the set of Glee. Kate was guest starring as Cassandra July, Rachel’s dance teacher.
