Leonardo DiCaprio was on a Delta flight to Moscow on Sunday when it suddenly was forced to make an emergency landing. According to E! Online, one of the plane’s engines shut down. The pilot turned the plane around and landed in New York City. Dicaprio was on his way to an international forum on tiger conservation. “En route to attend the Tiger Summit in St. Petersburg, Leonardo DiCaprio was one of the passengers aboard Delta Flight 30,” his rep said, adding. “He wishes to commend the actions of the pilot and flight crew in bringing the plane to a safe landing.”

Quentin Tarantino’s next film isn’t a Charles Manson biopic, although it will be set during the time the cult leader committed heinous acts of murder.
Environmentalist, conservationalist, amazing actor and flight survivor. Is there anything this guy hasn’t done or experienced?
Side note for a real comment, it’s a good thing that flight did not crash, so good job for the pilots. I’m glad Leo didn’t go down in flames, he is a major talent and would be terribly missed if it did. But it didn’t so praise God/Allah/and all the others.
Glad everyone’s okay!
I think he needs to be commended for not attacking, in the media, the airline or the pilot as he certainly could have. Shows a lot of class.
