Lindsay Lohan got served with legal papers relating to another case while she was in the Beverley Hills Courthouse elevator on her way a hearing regarding her DUI. It was at about 11:30 a.m. when a process server approached her and tried to hand her legal documents. According to TMZ, the process server says Lindsay “freaked out,” and ordered her staff to get him “out of the elevator and away from her.” The process server says he tried to hand Lindsay the papers but when she refused to take them, he dropped them at her feet on the floor of the elevator and walked away. In California, a process server has done his job when he comes face to face with the person to whom he’s serving papers. The legal documents were relating to Tough As Nails, the store where Lindsay owes more than $17,000. As for the hearing today, it will determine whether Lindsay violated her probation by not going to alcohol-education classes. If the judge finds her in violation, Lindsey will go to jail.
